Summary

This Plan identifies and prioritises those specific actions and activities that the Authority needs to pursue in order to maximise its effectiveness in the short term.  It includes priorities, targets and objectives to enable the Authority to be focused, coherent and increasingly fit for purpose and therefore well placed to help ensure that the Force deliver the Local Policing Plan.
