NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Sections 29 and 30 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 and the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2005:
1. From the 29th July 2011 to the 25th August 2011, both dates inclusive, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm on Mondays to Thursdays and 9.00am and 4.30pm on Fridays, any person interested on applications to the offices of the Chief Financial Officer at Police Headquarters, Llangunnor, Carmarthen, may inspect and make copies of the accounts of the above named Authority for the year ended 31st March 2011, and all books, deeds, contracts, vouchers and receipts relating thereto.
2. On or after Friday the 26th August 2011 at 10.00am until the conclusion of the Audit, the Appointed Auditor for the Wales Audit Office, Anthony Barrett, contactable at 24, Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ, at the request of any local government elector of the area to which the accounts relate will give the elector or his or her representative an opportunity to question him about the accounts, and any such elector or his or her representative may attend before the Auditor to make objections to any of the accounts provided that he or she has previously sent to the Appointed Auditor written notice of his or her objection, and a copy to me.
