Police Authority Single Equality Scheme

The Authority aims to introduce a Single Equality Scheme to replace its existing Disability, Race and Gender Equality Schemes in April 2011.  Although we are required by law to have an independent Welsh language Scheme, we intend to integrate the aims of our joint Police Authority/Police Force Welsh Language Scheme (2010-2013) into the Single Equality Scheme.  

In order to ensure that the Scheme is reflective of the views and opinions of those living and working in our communities in relation equality and diversity, we would invite and welcome you to complete the attached survey.  This will help to ensure that the Scheme will meet and support the needs of our communities.
