6. To consider matters arising from the Human Resources and Staff Liaison Members’ seminar held on 17th November 2011.

7. To resolve that the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following 7 items of business pursuant to section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 as it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 12, 13, 14 & of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Act.
