Matters for decision / notification:

  1. To receive a presentation on the 3AMI Auditing system.
  2. To consider the governance report of the Director of Finance and Resources (doc, 83 kB) to include:
    1. BCU Fund – New Guidance for 2010/11
    2. CIPFA Statistics  - Additional Memorandum on Police Authority Costs
    3. Accounts and Audit (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
    4. Freedom of Information (FOI)
    5. Estates Strategy Update
    6. Procurement Update
    7. IS&T Update
  3. To consider the report of the Chief Executive on:
    1. Procedure for reviewing the Expenses and Allowances Scheme (doc, 30 kB)
    2. All Wales Procurement Strategy.
  4. To resolve that the Public and Press be excluded from the meeting for the following three items, as they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 12, 13 ,14  of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
  5. To consider the exempt joint report of the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive in relation to the financial advisor services contract.
  6. To consider the exempt report of the Chief Executive in relation to an appeal by a member of Police Staff concerning an application for a career break.
  7. To consider a verbal update from the Chief Finance Officer concerning the former Treasurer’s salary review

  2. Any other business the Chair considers urgent.
