  4. To consider the Minutes of the Appointments and Remuneration Sub-Committee meeting of the 13th October 2009 (Public Summary).
  5. To resolve that the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the following two items of business as it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 12, 13 and 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Act.
  6. To consider the exempt Minutes of the Appointments and Remuneration Sub-Committee of the 13th October 2009.

Matters for Decision/Scrutiny

  1. To consider the report of the Chief Executive on the Force Chief Officers Bonus Scheme 2009/10.
  2. Any other business which the Chair considers urgent.
