4. To resolve that the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting during the following item of business as it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 12, 13 and 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Act.
Matters for Decision/Scrutiny
5. To consider the Exempt Minutes of the Appointments and Remuneration Sub Committee meeting of the 23rd January 2012.
6. To receive a briefing from the Assistant Chief Executive in relation to the appointments process.
7. To select, if considered appropriate, an Assistant Chief Constable and to agree with the successful candidate details of the offer of appointment.
8. Any other business which the Chair considers urgent.
